Hello. We are Day2.

Founded by Matt Ross who spent 20 years in tech advertising and is living with Parkinson's and Ed Shaw, a movement and fitness expert with 15 years experience of working with those of us who have neurological conditions. The two of us met at Ed's gym and the rest is history!

We are building Day2 to provide tailored movement, nutrition, sleep and social support to those of us living with PD. Not generic advice but bespoke to where you are individually. What you need today is probably different to yesterday and tomorrow.

But we need your help! We want the community to shape this product.

What sets us apart is our AI integrated, data-driven coach, called Marty. So it's not just a video library and generic advice, but a real partner in care.

Each card offers a clear, actionable step. This holistic approach keeps users motivated and supported in every aspect of their wellness and allows friends and family to participate in the care plan as well.

An intelligent assistant that listens to users, adapts daily to their changing symptoms, and offers practical, evidence-based suggestions. It’s designed to be engaging, encouraging and empathetic, meeting users where they are in their daily experience and providing support across all four pillars: movement, nutrition, sleep, and social wellness
Local resource directory
A smart map that connects users with trusted local services—from physiotherapists and nutritionists to local pools and walking clubs. It also highlights social opportunities like community and charity events and clubs. This ensures that users have easy access to both clinical support and community-driven wellness activities, bridging the gap between digital and real-world care.
